The Box I was once In
1. Here I sat to talk about some of the many boxes I was once in. Have you ever been in a box in your personal life?

2. The first box I was in was the box of a baby and in this box my loving mother and nature made up all the rules I lived under and these were very happy years.

3. The Next box I was in was when I went to grade school were teacher made up all the rules but I love to try to break out of the box and because not all teachers are good but thank God for the good loving teachers.

4. Yes the next box was high school were I got into many others boxes that the teachers or my loving family had no control over. The box of drinking, the box of wild wood weed, the box of lust, and many other boxes that had there own special rules.

5. I had one box while I was home, another box when in school, another box while in church, and another one around my friends.

6. But the box that I want to talk about the box of religion of the church of the Way Ministry which today I call a Cult or just another men made church.

7. They used a group of books to set the rules that we found out we were to live by and if we did not we were cast out of their so called loving hands.

8. Guess up I was cast out because I learn that they did not have any monopoly on loving God and understanding his words wrote to us in the bible and I did not need their books to understand the bible.

9. Most say boldly any church, membership, school. group, race, country, or any other that if some one does not think, act, look, live, or believe like they are evil .

10. But that is not true there are many churches out there that give to the poor better than I, and that teach love better than I but if I do not welcome them I will never be blessed from what they can teach me nor they what I can teach them.

11. Now I know most of the boards I will post this on love all churches but I wrote not to say any one group is wrong but to help us teach the world that the only box we need is the box of the love of God.

12. Were Jesus sats with us as the head of our box that we are proud to be part of. Now if you have ever been in a evil cult’s box like me and my many friends from the X Jehovah's Witnesses board.

PS these people are very hurt so they may say things evil because some are mad at God but all we can do is pray and be there friends.

13. Now it a group of people that were cast out of the Jehovah's Witnesses box like a old shoe and I can understand their pain because I was cast out of the Way Ministry like a old shoe that they beat before throwing away.

Ps these people are very hurt too but most have over come the pain and they stop evil attacks but they are only a group of people who were hurt so if they say things you do not like just love them too but they were at one time no less hurt than the X Jehovah's Witnesses or no more and some may still be because each board has differ rules .

14. Now there are many boards out there of people that were cast out of many group while some for a good reason but most because they ask the wrong questions.

15. But all this is life in a group but we must help people see that most churches are reaching for the same goal in life to be more like Christ. So lets not be in any other box but the box of Christ.

1. Here I sat thinking about the love I do my best to live while I love my God with all my heart, soul, and spiritual seed within me and how I love his only begotten son Jesus the Christ with all my  heart, soul, and spiritual seed within me with he made possible by coming into my life.
2. But my love does not end there for I love all believers of my God and his only begotten son but not just them,  I love all that do not believe in my God and his only begotten son too.
3. I love all of mankind no matter whether they love me back or hate me, no matter whether they are alive or dead, no matter whether they live here or somewhere other than here and no matter what it may be because my God tells me to love all and all means all.
4. Now you all may not believe every doctrine of the word of God the way I do or I may not believe all the way you do but we must love each other no matter what.
5. I know the bible has a part that reads stop the gainsayers but I am not one of them because I do not tell you how to believe but that we all need to walk in love.
6. I do not stand against God and his only begotten son Jesus the Christ but I stand with them in love and as Jesus said in Luke 9:49-50 .
7. “ And John answered and said, Master, we saw one casting out devils in thy name; and we forbad him, because he followeth not with us.
8.  And Jesus said unto him, Forbid him not: for he that is not against us is for us.” So if I live love as you do I am with you not against you.
9. I am well blessed with many that are with me and who love me because I love them as they love God and his son but some do not so I have to write this.
10. For I post these notes of love on many boards not to changed any one but to get us to build up that love we have for God to others even if they do not believe the same and for the one are loving all kinds like me so they can thankful that what they been saying is said by another.
11. So I say lets build love more and more and recalled when by what we knew we may have fought over small things in our life.
12. Churches have broke apart over the smallest things and lets put a end to all the bitterness between churches and walk like brothers and sisters should walk.
13. Now because I talk about churches I must bring up the biggest thing that breaks up churches in this world and that is money.
14. Churches need to depend more on God and less on money I like to say to many stop asking for it and begin loving God bigger and the needed money for the poor, lights, gas or what ever will be there.
15. I all so say stop the sale of books wrote to help others understand what God taught you and begin giving them away free asking for nothing and the money will come because of love and not because you put a value to your work.
16. God love is free so my notes of love must all ways be free to copy and share with any one you believe they may help.
17. You see I say this so some to not cross the line from loving God to loving money because it’s a thin line and we all see what money can give us.
18. But what more do we need than our God’s love, his only begotten son’s love, the love of each other, and a place to live, food to eat, water to drink, air to breath, and all of this does not take a lot of money.
19. Yes food and water are not free and some of us need med’s but how nice of home we live in should depend on how big we love God and not how must money we can get from our brothers.
20. Now my riches are mainly in heaven but God gives me a lot of special things here on earth to help me live a better life so I can get more peaceful while I talk to him.
21. I call on all churches to live God’s love bigger and bigger has they grow together with all other churches of the world.

1. OOOOOOOOOOOO how I love my God the creator of the heaven I live in and the earth that is in heaven that I walk on the very father of my Lord and Savior Jesus the Christ who won over sin so I and others could live forever more.
2. OOOOOOO how I love Christ for all he did so I could have life after death by making forgiveness of sin by his blood he gave up for us over 2,000 years ago.
3. Life would just be temple without what he did for us so many years ago just because he love us enough to help us at mankind darkness hour.
4. For I know that if he had of ask God would of send all the angels of heaven to stop them from killing him but he trusted his father that it would be for the best.
5. But who was it the best for not Jesus the Christ because he needed no forgiveness for sins? It was to help mankind past, present, and future to make a way so we could received forgiveness of sin by his loving act of love.
6. This was a act of love greater than we could ever measure its value because we can not even go a year without sin but Christ went many years his whole fleshly life.
7. That is some love and that is why we are baptized in the name of Christ and not some other name like the name of Judas, Paul, or whatever name there is out there.
8. Many have reach to write books over the years to help us understand what they have began to understand by reaching for truth from above.
9. Now even Christ did not teach from fleshly thinking but my asking God to give him every word to speak because Christ all ways did the Father’s will.
10. So he spoke what God told him to speak, he acted like God told him to act, he loved like God told him to love, he went were God told him to go, and many others things.
11. When I was a child I did not speak all ways as my parents wanted me to, nor did I act in a way that would of blessed my parents all the time but Jesus the Christ did has would blessed God his father all the time.
12. Now we can only try to ask God what to do as we live on this earth but we are of mankind who is running for what looks good to our fleshly eye and spending little time asking God what to share by saying this to them or that, shall I go there or were, and the list goes on.
13. How many of us even say grace to every meal we eat, for there is the seed that the food grew from to be thankful for, the person or animal that planted the seed, the person or animal that raised the food to the point it was ripe to get, the person who ship the food, the person who got the food ready to eat, the person who served the food, but most of all the God who created the heaven and earth so the food could be there.
14. Yes there a list of things to be thankful for when it comes to the smallest thing. For I say we need to even be thankful to the plants and God for every breath we take.
15. For if there was no plants there be no air to breath and if there was no earth there be no place for the plants to grow and if there was no God there be no earth.
16. So lets be thankful to God who created all things because he looked forward to loving us with only hope we would love him back as many of us do.
17. As I move on what might I hear my Christ tell me in a hour I am down and out. I would hear Jesus the Christ bright smile of love telling me he loves me as does his father my God.
18. I have been down and out many times in my life and every time I open my heart up and ask for help I can feel myself being hugged by my God and his son.
19. I just hope you have enjoy a loving hug from God the spiritual father who created all things of the flesh and all things in his image the spiritual things.
20. For Adam was created with a living image of God but that part die because in a living spirit there can be no sin but God send Christ the second Adam to plant a spiritual seed of his love in our hearts that could be fertilized by us giving a act of love back which is believing that which we read about spiritual things past and present which builds faith.
21. Now God is the giver because God is the one who send his son to help us and Christ is the gift because Christ is what made forgiveness reachable by asking with believing God will forgive us.
22. Now by this gift of Christ in us we can know what it takes to heal the sick, raised the dead, cast out evil ideals from us and others or any of the things Christ did or that were done after Christ went to the Father.
23. If Paul, Moses, or John did it we can do it but we must build our trust in God that with the help by the  guide lines of Christ directions we can do it too.
24. In the last days the bible reads believers will walk by the spirit as the apostles did when they received what to write to many other groups of believers to help them grow.
25. By these letters of old we learn more and more about our God’s gave love and his son Christ the very basic of what is truth and of God’s love.
26. For I find myself reading these books over and over as I look in them for what to talk to God and his son about.
27. But as for all of us I had to all so work on my personal relationship with God like I did with my earthly father I got to know my earthly father by talking to him as I must be to know my heavenly father.
28. As I got to know my earth sister by talking I must get to know my heavenly brother by talking to him too.
29. God is a very personal God as son the Christ is a very personal Lord and Savior. Now I do not worry about small things like whether God is Christ or not I just love them as I see best for my growth.
30. But I will say Christ is of God like we are of Christ but we can leave it there because I do not tell others how to believe nor do I know which path God is leading each person on.
31. But I do know all paths are of Love because God is love the brightest light there is the light of pure spirit while we are part flesh still living on this earth that has light and darkness mixed.
32. Now I say when we are walking by the spirit there may be fleshly darkness around us but we light up as spiritual lights brighter than the brightest star.
33. Spiritual light will cast out spiritual darkness which lack of Christ in some people around you for they will either reach for the light of truth or run away.
34. Just like the fire in the woods bugs will come but animals will run away from the light and stray away.
35. I am sure God made it that way to help us see the difference but I just see only part of the understanding God is getting to but I am still young in the word of God.
36. But I see that green grass stands for life but brown grass stands for dead and my understanding this we can see live -v- death and because this brown grass turn brown out of lack of rain.
37. This brown grass can be healed if rain comes we see the grass at point of death but we see by the love of rain coming life is restored again and again.
38. As Christ has come to restore God’s image in us like the rain has come to restored life in grass. God image was in Adam before he ate of the tree of good and evil which killed his spiritual life the image of God.
39. For Adam still had a second image to live by for a short time the image of animal life the image of flesh and bone.
40. But we know Adam die this very day because God can not lie so if his fleshly body lived on then another image of life must of die that day the image of God spiritual life.
41. For my eyes are getting tired and my fleshly heart is beginning to try to speak without having Christ tell me what to say so I will end here.
42. With the very love I have for God and his son reaching to love each and every one of you personally with spiritual love and a holy kiss Roy.

What are the best practices for evaluating the headmaster or school head?   Last year the school board sent out a survey to each teacher for the basis of my evaluation.  This occurred late in the year.  Some of the survey questions were not directly related to the mission or goals of the school, nor were they discussed as part of my performance criteria.

How would your respond to this situation?
What advice would you give?

I would love to hear any suggestions for procedures creating an efficient and safe process for parents picking up their children at the end of the day. Thank you!

If you don't have a contract you are probably considered an "at will" employee, which means that those who employed you can un-employ you at any time without advance notice.  A significant change on the board membership, and loss of those who had strong influence in your employment, can change everything.  I've been there twice without reasonable cause. In these days it is best to have a good contract.  I would very much like to see or buy a copy of Clark's "ideal" contract after the teleclass #103, in which I will be unable to participate.

Here's a suggestion for a future topic:  qualifications for board membership.  Would you consider a retired public school teacher or administrator for board membership at a Christian school?

We are looking at starting an umbrella school for homeschoolers next year for K-12th grades.  If you have any information that would assist us I would appreciate it.  We are in Titusville, Florida.

My question involves the use of student pictures on our school's web site. Is it OK to use pics of our student activities, sports, classrooms etc. on our web site? Does anyone have a release instrument that can be distributed to families. Is it even necessary?
